Four youth hospitalised after allegedly crashing stolen car
And this week in Parliament Labor is going to raise the age of criminal responsibility. Effectively this will mean that Police will have less power to act or intervene and the Courts won’t be able to order youth under the age of 12 to attend programs to address any behaviour. It’s sheer blind luck that nobody was killed in this incident.
